Single-report terms

Version 2026-10-25-report-v1. These terms apply to a single-report purchase you accept at checkout. Existing monthly subscription agreements are not replaced by this page.

What you buy

$7.95 buys access to one prepared preliminary contractor-review roof report for the displayed address. It is a one-time purchase and does not start a subscription. The roof is assessed before checkout; if available data cannot support the offered report, we do not offer payment for it.

Check the property and limitations

Confirm the address and roof preview before paying. The report uses available historic source data and has not been independently checked against the entire current roof. Additions, covered sections, canopy, scan age and source gaps can affect the result. Measurements and planning worksheets require qualified contractor review and on-site verification. The report is not a survey, final quote, structural assessment, permit, insurance determination, accuracy guarantee or an ordering-ready material takeoff.

Access and payment

Access is bound to the signed-in buyer account and its report workspace. Payment must be verified by our server with Stripe. A browser return or confirmation parameter does not prove payment. Reopening, printing or saving the same prepared report does not incur another report fee. This purchase does not include a fresh future scan or unlimited new address lookups.

If something fails

A temporary download or rendering failure does not consume or erase the purchase. Return to the same report and check payment status; do not pay for a duplicate. If a paid report cannot be supplied, contact support with the report number so we can restore access or resolve the charge. This page does not waive rights or remedies that applicable law requires. Refunded or disputed payments can pause access while they are reviewed.

Use and privacy

Use the report for the property review and your own contracting workflow; do not repackage it as an independently verified survey or measurement guarantee. The single-report privacy notice describes account, address and payment-record handling. Do not enter another person's private contact details to buy a report.

Address validation uses Google Maps Platform and is subject to the Google Maps terms and Google Privacy Policy. Roof measurements for this offer are prepared separately from public USGS LiDAR.
