Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
ShingleSuite (shinglesuite.com) is a roof estimating service run by Mississippi River Marketing LLC ("MRM", "we", "us"), 90 Spring Lane, East Prairie, MO 63845. Roofing contractors put the ShingleSuite estimator on their websites or share its link. Homeowners use it to see their roof and ask the contractor for an estimate or inspection. These terms cover both groups.
By using ShingleSuite you agree to these terms and to the ShingleSuite Privacy Policy. If you use it for a business, you agree for that business and confirm you're allowed to.
Using the estimator as a homeowner
The estimator is free for homeowners. You give your name, phone number and email, then the property address. ShingleSuite measures the roof from aerial laser scans and satellite data and may show a preliminary price range set by the contractor.
- Your request goes to the contractor whose estimator you used. That contractor, not MRM, contacts you, gives you a quote and does any work. Any agreement for roofing work is between you and the contractor.
- Calls and texts. The estimator shows this beside its Continue button, with the contractor's name: "By continuing, you agree that [the contractor] may call or text you at this number about your request, including with automated texts. Consent isn't required to buy anything. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts."
- Marketing emails from the contractor are sent only if you tick the optional box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Your details. Give only your own details, or details you're allowed to share, for a property you're asking about.
- When the roof can't be measured online, you can still request an inspection, and your request is saved the same way.
Estimates are preliminary
A price range from ShingleSuite is an estimate, not a quote or an offer. It comes from roof measurements made remotely and the contractor's own price settings.
Remote measurements can be wrong. Imagery and scans can be years old, trees can hide parts of a roof, a map pin can land on the building next door, and pitch readings vary between sources. The contractor confirms the roof details and the final price in person before any work.
MRM doesn't guarantee that any measurement, estimate or price is accurate or complete.
Contractor accounts and plans
Contractors buy ShingleSuite by monthly subscription. You sign in with a link sent to your email; there are no passwords.
| Plan | Price | Included leads per billing period | Roof lookups for your own quotes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $99 / month | 40 | 25 |
| Pro | $199 / month | 150 | 100 |
- Managed accounts. MRM may set up and run an account for a business under a separate agreement. Where that agreement differs from these terms, it applies.
- Your account. You're responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping your sign-in email secure, and for what happens in your account.
- Accurate details. Keep your business name, phone, lead email addresses and service area current.
Billing, renewals and cancellation
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to MRM.
- Start. You're charged when you subscribe. There's no free trial.
- Renewal. Your plan renews monthly on the same date until you cancel. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period, once that period's payment goes through.
- Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, your estimator keeps saving homeowners' requests for 14 days while the payment is retried, but roof lookups wait until it's paid. After 14 days unpaid, the estimator stops taking requests.
- Upgrades start right away. You're charged the difference for the rest of the billing period, and your billing date stays the same.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you've paid for. There's no partial refund or credit for the rest of that period, except under Refunds below.
- Refunds. To get a full refund, cancel and email support@shinglesuite.com within 3 days of your first payment. We refund that payment in full, and your plan ends when the refund is made. No other payments are refunded.
- Taxes. Prices don't include sales tax. If sales tax applies to your subscription, you pay it, and we may add it to your invoices.
- Price changes. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
Leads, usage and credits
ShingleSuite doesn't supply leads or promise any number of them. Included leads are capacity for requests from your own website, ads and links.
- When a lead counts. Once, when a homeowner sends their name, a phone number or email address in a valid format, and a property address through your estimator, and the address is found on the map (or they finish an inspection request).
- Not counted. The same phone number or email about the same address within 30 days (a return visit), submissions filtered as likely spam, addresses outside the service area you set (they're still delivered, labeled), placeholder contact details, and test leads you send yourself.
- Credits. Within 14 days of a lead arriving, you can mark it spam, fake or unreachable. It then stops counting in the billing period it was counted in. A credit never moves into a later period.
- After your included leads are used, there are no extra charges. New requests are still saved and emailed to you as inspection requests, without a roof lookup.
- Limits. Homeowner roof lookups are capped at 3 times your included leads per billing period, and at 200 a day per business.
- Delivery. Lead emails go to the addresses you set. We can't guarantee they reach your inbox, so every lead is also kept in your dashboard.
Contractor responsibilities
You run your business, and ShingleSuite is a tool you use in it.
- Prices. You set the prices the estimator uses and are responsible for them.
- Contacting homeowners. When you contact homeowners who send you requests, you follow the laws on calls, texts and email, including consent, do-not-call, calling-hours and anti-spam rules, and you honor opt-outs such as STOP replies.
- Marketing emails. If you email homeowners who ticked the marketing box, each email names your business, includes your postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and you honor unsubscribes.
- Homeowner information. You use it only to answer their request (and, for those who opted in, for your marketing emails), and you handle it under your own privacy obligations.
- Your website. When you embed the estimator, your site's privacy notice should mention it. The Privacy Policy has a paragraph you can use.
- Licenses and insurance for the work you do are yours to hold.
Acceptable use
Don't use ShingleSuite to harm others or the service. In particular, don't:
- send fake requests, or other people's contact details without their permission;
- scrape, bulk-query or copy roof data, imagery or maps out of the service;
- try to reach another business's leads or account, or get around plan limits;
- resell ShingleSuite's measurements, imagery or data;
- interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may filter, hold or remove requests that look automated or abusive, and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Disclaimers and limits of liability
ShingleSuite is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, MRM makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and the accuracy of any measurement or estimate.
To the extent the law allows, MRM isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or business, even if told they were possible. MRM's total liability for all claims about ShingleSuite is limited to the fees the contractor paid MRM for ShingleSuite in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 for anyone who hasn't paid MRM. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, such as for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Contractors will defend and indemnify MRM against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and reasonable legal fees, arising from their prices, their roofing work, how they contact homeowners (including calls, texts and emails), or their breach of these terms or the law. MRM will tell the contractor promptly about any such claim.
Changes, ending an account, and contact
- Changes to these terms. We'll email contractors at least 30 days before a change takes effect and post the new date here. Using ShingleSuite after that date means you accept the change.
- Canceling. You can cancel anytime from Billing. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period, or until your refund is made if you get one in the first 3 days.
- Suspension. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for breaking these terms, with notice when we can.
- Your leads after you leave. You can export your leads as a CSV file from your dashboard. After your subscription ends, you can still sign in to view and export them for 2 years; then we delete them, sooner if you ask.
- General. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement for a managed account are the whole agreement about ShingleSuite. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms as part of a sale or merger of MRM or ShingleSuite. We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of the services listed above.
- Governing law. Missouri law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state courts of Mississippi County, Missouri, or the federal court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
