Put a roof estimator on your website
Homeowners give their name, phone and email, pin their roof and see it measured. With your prices on, they also see a range for each shingle line when the measurement holds up. You get the lead by email and in your dashboard. Pay with Stripe and your account is ready as soon as the payment clears.

Starter
For a company getting a steady trickle of website leads.
40 leads included each month
Plus 25 roof lookups a month for your own quotes in the dashboard.
Pro
For busy sites and companies running ads to their estimator.
150 leads included each month
Plus 100 roof lookups a month for your own quotes in the dashboard.
Included leads are capacity for qualified requests from your own website, ads and links. Requests count when their address is found on the map or the homeowner finishes an inspection request, including requests completed without a roof lookup. While included leads remain, homeowners can get a roof lookup and, if you show one, a preliminary price. ShingleSuite doesn't supply leads or promise how many you'll get.
Every plan includes
- Estimator for your website, plus a direct link
- Lead dashboard and email notifications, including past your included leads
- Lead emails to up to 5 people
- Lead list with follow-up status and CSV export
- Optional preliminary price ranges from your own prices
When a lead counts
A lead counts once when a homeowner sends their name, a phone number or email address in a valid format, and a property address through your estimator, and the address is found on the map (or they finish an inspection request).
These don't count:
- The same phone number or email about the same address within 30 days: it arrives as a return visit, linked to the first lead.
- Submissions filtered as likely spam (you can open them and mark one as real).
- Addresses outside the service area you set.
- Placeholder contact details, such as 555-0100 or test@test.com.
- Test leads you send yourself.
A valid format doesn't prove a number or email reaches a real person. If a counted lead turns out to be spam, fake or unreachable, mark it within 14 days of it arriving and it no longer counts in the billing period it was counted in. Marking a lead from a period that has already ended doesn't add to the current period's allowance.
After your included leads are used, the estimator keeps working: new leads are still saved as inspection requests without the roof lookup or price. Lead emails follow the same rules: filtered spam isn't emailed, and email setup or sending failures show in your dashboard. Your allowance resets when your next billing period's payment goes through. There are no overage charges.
After you pay
- Stripe confirms the payment and your account is created. You stay signed in.
- A short setup: company phone, who gets lead emails, where you work, your color, and whether to show price ranges.
- Copy one snippet onto your website, or share your direct link.
- Homeowners see their roof measured, with your price ranges if you show them, or request an inspection. Every lead is saved to your dashboard, with email notifications for your team.
