The estimator doesn't show on my site

• Check the whole snippet was pasted, including the <script> line.
• Publish the page and open it in a private window.
• If your site builder strips scripts, use the direct link from a button instead.

"Online roof estimates aren't available here right now"

Your subscription isn't active (ended, or a payment failed more than 14 days ago). Open Billing to update your card or restart your plan.

I'm not getting lead emails

• Check Setup has the right addresses.
• Look in your spam folder for mail from ShingleSuite.
• Open a lead: it shows whether the email was sent or why not, and you can send it again.

A homeowner says their roof looks wrong

They can say so in the estimator; the lead is then marked for an in-person measurement and no price stands. You can also measure it yourself in Measure & quote.

My sign-in link doesn't work

Links work once and expire after about an hour. Request a new one from the sign-in page; it works in any browser.
