Measurement source and limits

Single roof reports use public USGS aerial LiDAR (laser) scans for roof measurements. Satellite imagery is not required for a single report; address validation locates the property.

Availability is checked before payment. Review the prepared roof outline, source dates and limitations before checkout. If the available data cannot support a report, no checkout is offered.

Measurements are preliminary. Source checks do not establish that every edge or all roof sections are included. Confirm the selected building, all roof sections and actual measurements on site before a final quote or material order.

Check the property before checkout

Go to /reports and sign in with your email link. Enter the property address and, optionally, your company name. We prepare the report before offering checkout. If the available data cannot support a report, no checkout is offered.

When the report is ready, review its availability and price, then continue to Stripe checkout. The one-time report price is $7.95. A report is available only to the account that purchased it.

What the purchase includes

One preliminary contractor-review report for the selected property, with the roof plan, area, pitch and edge summaries where source data supports them, a material planning worksheet and verification items. Print or save it as PDF. Confirm building identity, roof completeness and actual measurements on site before a final quote or material order.

A single report does not include the website estimator, homeowner lead capture or a monthly dashboard plan. Pro is $150 per month with its stated usage allowances.
