Roof report or website estimator?
Choose a $7.95 preliminary property report or $150/month Pro for your own website requests.
The short answer
Choose a $7.95 preliminary roof report when you need one property's supported roof details for contractor review. Choose Pro at $150 a month when you want a branded website estimator, homeowner request capture and a lead dashboard using your own prices. These are separate workflows: the monthly subscription is not a bundle of purchased reports.
One property: inputs, output and checkout
At /reports, sign in with your email link and enter the property address; your company name is optional. Review the prepared roof outline, source dates and measurement limits before checkout. A single report is a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription. It does not include the website estimator, homeowner lead capture or a monthly dashboard plan.
Single report purchases are enabled. Check the property's availability at /reports; checkout is offered only when its report passes the preparation checks. A held or incomplete preview may need support review.
Single roof reports use public USGS aerial LiDAR (laser) scans for roof measurements. Satellite imagery is not required for a single report; address validation locates the property.
Availability is checked before payment. Review the prepared roof outline, source dates and limitations before checkout. If the available data cannot support a report, no checkout is offered.
- One preliminary roof report for contractor review
- Roof plan, area, pitch and edge summaries where the source data supports them
- Material planning worksheet, source dates and items to confirm on site
- Print or save the completed report as a PDF
Your website: inputs and ongoing workflow
With Pro, set your branding, service area and shingle prices, then install the estimator on a website that accepts its HTML snippet or share your direct link. Homeowners enter their contact details and property address. You manage their requests in the dashboard, check email notification status, track follow-up and export leads as CSV.
You choose whether homeowners see a preliminary price range or request an inspection without a price. Any displayed range uses your own contractor pricing and the available roof details, subject to the source checks and your settings. Confirm the final quote after an inspection.
The website estimator uses available aerial roof data. A preliminary laser-based price or a labeled approximate price range from Google roof data is shown only when its source checks and the contractor's settings allow it; otherwise an in-person measurement is requested.
A homeowner's lead is saved after they send their contact details and property address, before the roof lookup. Available roof details can be added afterward.
Lead email notifications are queued for a sending attempt. Filtered spam is not emailed, and missing recipients, email setup or sending failures can prevent sending. Email provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery; saved leads remain in the dashboard.
Monthly capacity is separate from report purchases
Pro includes capacity for 150 leads and 100 contractor roof lookups per billing period. Contractor lookups are not purchased-report credits. A standalone report remains a separate $7.95 purchase.
Included leads are capacity for qualified requests from your own website, ads and links. Requests count when their address is found on the map or the homeowner finishes an inspection request, including requests completed without a roof lookup. While included leads remain, homeowners can get a roof lookup and, if you show one, a preliminary price. ShingleSuite doesn't supply leads or promise how many you'll get.
After your included leads are used, the estimator keeps working: new leads are still saved as inspection requests without the roof lookup or price. Lead emails follow the same rules: filtered spam isn't emailed, and email setup or sending failures show in your dashboard. Your allowance resets when your next billing period's payment goes through. There are no overage charges.
Limits before a final quote or material order
Review the actual roof outline, source date and measurement limits before checkout. Coverage and detail depend on the available aerial data. Confirm the selected building and all measurements on site before ordering materials.
Measurements are preliminary. Source checks do not establish that every edge or all roof sections are included. Confirm the selected building, all roof sections and actual measurements on site before a final quote or material order.
