What we keep

Your leads, their roof measurements and drawings, and your settings, while your account is open and for 2 years after your plan ends (sign in to view or export them), then they're deleted, sooner if you ask.

The photos from the street and from above, Google's raw roof data, the map location, and the drawing of a roof measured from satellite data alone are removed 30 days after the roof lookup, as Google's terms require. The lead keeps the roof's measurements, the price ranges the homeowner saw, the address, and the drawing of a roof measured any other way, such as from a laser scan.

You can export your leads as a CSV at any time from the Leads page. To have your business's data deleted, the account owner emails support@shinglesuite.com from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy (shinglesuite.com/privacy) has the details.

Who can see it

Only the people on your account (and Mississippi River Marketing staff running the service). Your leads are never shown to other businesses.
